Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead enterprise-scale Java-based projects and drive high-performance delivery.

This role involves managing distributed Agile teams, ensuring timely and secure delivery, and driving client engagement and delivery metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, a proven track record in project management, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Java projects (development & support).
  • Manage Agile teams (Java, QA, DevOps) and ensure timely, secure delivery.
  • Drive client engagement, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement.

Bonus skills include experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and project management certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe). Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI is also desirable.

Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or telecom is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the entire delivery process, from planning to execution, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in delivery/program management.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management & SLAs.
  • Bonus: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, K8s), PMP/CSM/SAFe.
  • Knowledge OR hands-on experience into AI
