
Payroll Associate Specialist

Effective Team Member
About the Role:
- You will assess timesheets and expenses received, conducting thorough reviews and working closely with sales/contractors for corrections and timely approvals from clients.
- Communicate directly with contractors or sales team for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
- Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing an in-depth overview of the issue.
- Ensure all emails received in shared inboxes are processed according to deadlines and urgency levels, responding within at least 24 hours.
- Review and manage expense reports, verifying details and seeking approval from relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Work according to established payroll schedules to ensure timely payment.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency in review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.
- Verify receipt information and calculate accurate totals.
