Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office administrative functions
- Perform general administrative duties
- Procurement Tasks:
- Source and procure goods and services
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Travel Desk Tasks:
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Make travel bookings
- Graduation in Arts or Commerce
- 2+ years' experience in administration or procurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Negotiation skill
- Team player
- Trade based knowledge like electrical, plumbing, or civil work related certification or experience
Work from office role, 24/7 support function, willingness to be available on call when necessary.
