Enterprise Business Development Architectural Hardware Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Architectural Hardware professional to expand our presence in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and fabricators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand business in allotted area through Architects, Contractors, Builders, and Fabricators
- Manage and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and fabricators
- Identify new business opportunities and projects and convert them into clients
- Carry out post-order management activities
- Track new infrastructure developments in the territory and develop a database to aid sales
- Achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or equivalent role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
