\About the Role:

This is a key role in our organisation where you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth from large enterprise accounts.
\
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing relationships with customers in Banking / Financial Services industry. You will be expected to interface with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and consolidate business reach and service in each of the assigned accounts.
\
The role requires driving large value solution sales that the company focuses on in the Enterprise customer space. You will be responsible for delivering against key strategic and functional goals across our portfolio of IT solutions comprising of products and technologies from leading OEMs.
\
Responsibilities:
\
* Manage large enterprise accounts and drive business plans to reach revenue goals
* Understand the IT investment landscape of the customer and position the benefits of focused solutions
* Make techno-commercial decisions on customer deals and coordinate cross-functionally from pre-sales to business realization
* Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with assigned accounts
* Respond in a timely manner to ongoing RFPs to achieve quarterly targets
* Map CXOs and key decision makers in assigned accounts and use customer insights to develop aligned solutions
* Understand OEM sales and support structure and network with key members of OEM who are in touch with CXOs in assigned accounts
* Continuously track and analyze market dynamics, competition, pricing and technology developments and use feedback into revising and improving business plan and strategy
\
Requirements:
\
* At least 3 to 12 years of information technology sales experience in Indian enterprise IT market
* Experience in managing relationships with customers in Banking / Financial Services customers will be an added advantage
* High energy, interpersonal skills and hunger to win
* Ideal candidate should have experience in successfully leading teams or business units in delivering to overall goals of the team/unit
* MBA with specialisation in Marketing or any related field is a plus
* Excellent teamwork with good listening and business acumen
