Senior Director, Reconciliations Strategy

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Reconciliations Strategy to join our Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pune, India – HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

  • Define and develop a comprehensive strategy to minimize reconciliation breaks across all teams in Custody Operations.
  • Analyze current reconciliation processes and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Establish clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for reconciliation management.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to drive technology enhancements to core platforms.

Implementation & Execution

  • Lead the implementation of the Custody Operations reconciliation strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Develop and deploy standardized reconciliation processes and best practices across business units.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to improve reconciliation functionality within existing tools.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective reconciliation processes.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to understand reconciliation requirements and address concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and buy-in for reconciliation initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through adoption of low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance reconciliation accuracy and efficiency.
