HR Strategic Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs to drive employee growth and success.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs and design tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs for employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing various delivery methods.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking of attendance and completion.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including the development and delivery of orientation programs.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
