Syngene - HR Business Partner

As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Operating Unit (OU) leadership to drive strategic people initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and support the OU's growth trajectory. You will be expected to develop strong business acumen, influence leadership decisions, and lead HR programs that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with OU leadership to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.

- Champion a culture of recognition, performance, and continuous feedback. Drive initiatives that reinforce a rewarding and inclusive workplace.

- Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.

- Act as a coach to business leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and navigate complex people challenges.

- Design and implement people-centric programs that support the OU's rapid growth, including onboarding, career development, and employee engagement.

- Participate in rolling out new HR policies and ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring aligned with business forecasts. Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.

- Collaborate with the L&D team to assess training needs and support capability-building initiatives across levels.

- Provide actionable insights through HR dashboards and deep dive attrition analysis. Highlight trends from exit interviews and pulse surveys.

- Liaise with other HR verticals (C&B, TA, L&D, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions to the OU.

- Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive change and align stakeholders across levels.

- Curate employee stories, success narratives, and culture highlights for internal and external platforms.

- Drive DEI initiatives in collaboration with the central DEI team.

- Develop engaging HR content for internal campaigns, newsletters, and digital platforms

- Explore and implement AI-driven tools for talent analytics, employee engagement, and process automation.
