Job Role: Human Resource Business Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead HR operations for our organization.

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Evaluate compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce HR guidelines across the organization.
  • Maintain employee engagement through effective retention strategies.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field, with significant experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement and retention initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. A strong understanding of labor laws and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
