Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Lead manual discovery of identity provider and API gateway usage.
  • Consolidate and govern collected information, and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Primary focus: understand and document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  • After completing this discovery phase, move on to process documentation, operationalization, and supporting governance enforcement.
  • Prepare for integration into the future centralized technical solution.
  • Work closely with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.
  • Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT information security.
  • Good understanding of identity and access management control reviews.
  • Experience in user access administration models on various applications.
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Good experience in managing application and infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management.
  • Escalation management and stakeholder management.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of IDP and API authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of API credential lifecycle and governance practices.
  • Ability to conduct manual discovery, engage stakeholders, and capture complex technical flows.
  • Basic knowledge of IDP concepts is acceptable.
