Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our team in presales and solution consulting. This role requires a high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in presales and solution consulting, preferably from IT products. They will be responsible for leading complex opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and providing consultative support during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and more.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from proposed solutions.
  • Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales and solution consulting, preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).
