Senior Business Solutions Leader

About this role:

This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced senior business solutions leader with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to spearhead key client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, developing comprehensive functional specifications, and collaborating closely with technical teams on solution architecture. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, and SharePoint is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
  • Translating complex business requirements into practical Business Central solutions
  • Developing detailed functional specifications and working collaboratively with technical teams on solution architecture

Moreover, you will manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support. Ensure that solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • A proven track record of delivering tailored solutions and leading client engagements successfully
  • An in-depth understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders effectively
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements efficiently
