Job Title: Venue Sales and Operations Manager

The Venue Sales and Operations Manager will be the frontline owner of sales conversions and customer experience at our venues. This role manages a team of in-house planners, who guide couples and families from enquiry through booking, ensuring they experience the warmth and confidence that we stand for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive venue sales targets for assigned properties
- Track leads from enquiry to booking, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong conversion
- Manage, mentor and train venue planners to deliver world-class consultations

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales leadership, customer consultation and team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify and summarize problems
- Comfortable with data analysis
