About Us:

The Wedding Fellas is a leading wedding photography and social media company, dedicated to crafting cinematic wedding films and visually captivating content in real time. We are looking for a talented Wedding Photographer to join our team and capture timeless wedding moments with creativity, precision, and storytelling flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph 5–6 wedding projects per month, delivering high-quality images that reflect the brand's aesthetic
  • Shoot for 8–12 days per month (depending on project schedules) across different venues and cultural settings
  • Work closely with the creative and cinematography team to capture shots that align with editing and storytelling requirements
  • Ensure technical excellence in lighting, composition, and sharpness during shoots
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and deliver photographs that exceed expectations
  • Maintain an organized workflow for culling, editing, and delivering images on time
  • Stay updated with new trends in wedding photography, poses, compositions, and cultural traditions
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams effectively to refine final output

Requirements

  • Proficiency in professional photography equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, lenses, and lighting gear)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing wedding photography work and candid/cinematic styles
  • Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop (or similar software) for image editing and color correction
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple shoots efficiently
  • Familiarity with different wedding styles, traditions, and cultural elements is a plus
  • Strong eye for detail and passion for storytelling through photographs
