Role Overview

We are seeking a design-first problem solver to join us as a Graphic Designer. This role goes beyond visual design, you'll use design to shape customer journeys, solve business problems, and create measurable impact across Marketing, Sales, and Category teams.

From building ad creatives that drive awareness, to sales assets that convert, to category touchpoints that enhance vendor and customer experiences, your work will directly define how The Wedding Company shows up to the world.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Marketing Team
  • Create high-impact social media creatives, ad visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Design thumbnails, GIFs, and simple motion graphics.
  • Develop brand-consistent templates for newsletters, promotions, and website content.
  • Build visuals that strengthen The Wedding Company's  identity and recall across channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute brand-led campaigns and event creatives.
For Sales Team
  • Design assets that enable sales performance, including pitch decks, nudges, and design flows which help with better conversion.
  • Create customer-facing materials that guide clients throughout their journey—from sales and onboarding to planning, mid-journey engagement, and event execution.
For Category Team
  • Transform vendor and customer touchpoints into digital-first, intuitive experiences.
  • Design visuals and frameworks that support self-help journeys, simplifying complex processes and improving customer clarity.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3  years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio across digital design (social, ads, web) and print design (brochures, decks, collaterals).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • A design-first mindset—approaches business challenges through design.
  • Ability to identify gaps and leakages in team/customer journeys and build creative solutions that improve key business metrics (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, aesthetics, and layout.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to brand consistency across all platforms.
