Oh, and did we mention this is one of the most fun teams in the organization?WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Prioritize your workload, balancing creative thinking time with desired deadlinesEnsuring that all creative pieces follow brand guidelines, standards, and visualexpectationsTaking time to understand the overall business strategy in order to produce creative thatsupports company goalsMaintain files in a structured and organized way so that all designers on the team canmanipulate and edit if needed.You will work on projects including presentations, flyers, banners, large scale graphicsfor tradeshow booths, digital including social, web, and email, etc.HERE'S WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB:You will get to work on a brand that is fresh, clean, current and that has a distinct visual identity you can help bring to life through new design executionThe is a collaborative team where all ideas are explored, and you can contribute new creative thinkingYou have a "do-it-yourself" mentality and enjoy being at the centre of projects – coordinating between agency partners, product team, and the corporate teams, and actively take the lead to get things done. You "own it" from A to Z.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:2-7 years of graphic experience and 2 years in a leadership role preferredMastery of graphic design software and a solid knowledge of design and visualprinciplesHighly proficient in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator and PhotoshopDemonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills with both printand digital executions.Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer/business needs in mindAbility to communicate design choices clearlyStrong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and webspecificationsKnowledge of web design; experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferredDemonstrated photo editing and production skillsIdeal candidate:Experience in managing a teamPrevious online graphic designing experiencePortfolio look – Minimal and clean3+ years of experienceKindly share your resume at regards,Whizz HR
