Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, including logos and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include working on typography, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring that all designs adhere to the company's brand standards. The Senior Graphic Designer will be expected to lead projects, offer creative input, and provide mentorship to junior designers.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design
  • Skilled in Logo Design and Branding
  • Proficient in Typography
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior design role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
