Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager/Wedding Photography and cinematography based in Bengaluru. The Business Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, program management, and the development of business strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing finance, analyzing business performance, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role is perfect for someone with a strong mix of leadership, client management, scheduling and production co-ordination skills- someone who can ensure every wedding shoot runs like clockwork and exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Program Management
  • Experience in Finance and budget management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in photography and photo-editing software; prior experience in wedding photography is a plus
