  • The Venue Sales & Planning Manager will be the Frontline Owner of Sales Conversions and Customer Experience at our Venues.
  • This Role Manages a Team of in-House Planners (our Unique Value Proposition) who Guide Couples and Families from Enquiry through Booking.
  • We Ensure They Experience the Warmth and Confidence that we Stand For.

You Will Combine Sales Leadership, Customer Consultation and Team Management to Maximize Venue Bookings, Drive High Customer Satisfaction and Ensure Every Planner Delivers Consistently High-Quality Consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To Lead and Manage a Team of Venue Planners.
  2. To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and Experience.
  3. To Meet or Exceed Sales Targets and Revenue Growth.
