Location- Bangalore
Shift- General
Languages Known- English, Kannada and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales operations engine CRM accuracy, funnel tracking, reporting dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue, SLA
adherence).
- Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for leadership.
- Standardize and enforce sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth
execution.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for higher efficiency and
conversion.
- Design and track incentive/commission programs to drive performance.
- Support new city launches with operational planning, playbooks, and partner coordination.
- Conduct training/enablement sessions for sales teams on CRM usage, reporting, and process
updates.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4- 7 years in Sales Operations / Program Management / Business Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce), and reporting
dashboards.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
