Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen our sales processes, optimize performance, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth by developing and implementing sales operations strategies that improve performance and efficiency across the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve performance and efficiency across the sales team.
  • Management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and utilizing analytics to drive insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align strategies and share insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing ongoing support and feedback on performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and improve sales reporting mechanisms to track performance against established goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies and operations.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM, SQL, and Power BI.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate with various teams.
