Job Title: Application and Admission Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support students in the application process for universities abroad. As an Application and Admission Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the complex application process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding students through the application process, including document collection and submission;
  • Providing guidance on visa application processes and required documents;
  • Communicating with university admissions offices on behalf of students to clarify doubts and track application status;
  • Regularly following up with students to ensure deadlines are met and pending information or documents are provided;

You will be responsible for maintaining a detailed database of student information, application statuses, and communication records. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 0-1 year professional working experience;
