Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Enterprise Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications.

This full-time position requires deep technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving and user communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, handling routine issues, job failures, and performing first-level triage. They will also provide detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes, and deep-dive technical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Appian BPM, SQL Server database management, Core and Advanced Java, JIRA, and data analysis. Experience in the banking domain is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring business continuity of Appian applications and related databases (SQL Server)
  • Providing production support, resolving issues, and meeting defined SLAs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Conducting workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM
  • Troubleshooting and supporting templates and integrations
  • Supporting integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Analyzing data and providing a resolution to business query on data
  • Working closely with microservices architecture and understanding DevOps pipelines
  • Maintaining traceability and transparency through tools such as JIRA
