**Job Title:** Database Support Specialist

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our support operations in database management and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic direction, ensuring seamless support operations, and acting as the primary contact for user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
