Database Administration Role\

As a skilled Database Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and optimization of our database infrastructure.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with 8 years of hands-on experience in administering Postgre SQL databases.\
  • A strong understanding of AWS SCT Tool and DB Migration Service is necessary for this role.\
  • Familiarity with mainframe data types and various database objects is also required.\
  • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL database engines and knowledge of their data types and differences is essential.\
  • Additional responsibilities include working with other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MariaDB), cloud-based MySQL services (e.g., AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL), and data warehousing concepts and tools.\
  • Compliance and data security best practices should be deeply ingrained in your approach.\

    • Cloud Databases: Familiarity with cloud-based MySQL services (e.g., AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL) is advantageous.\
    • Additional skills: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools, as well as compliance with industry standards.\
