The AML RightSource team is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer to create engaging and interactive online courses that enhance retention and transfer of knowledge.
We are looking for a highly skilled Instructional Designer with expertise in utilizing instructional design methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with subject matter experts and the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and gaps, and design effective training materials to address them.
The successful E-Learning Developer will be responsible for developing instructional material, coordinating, writing, and editing educational content, and incorporating current technology for educators developing specific curricula. Additionally, they will use multimedia technology, including Articulate 360, to design and develop interactive and engaging online courses that meet the learning objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative e-learning solutions that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
In this role, you will work closely with our subject matter experts and the Learning and Development team to:
- Design and develop online courses using Articulate 360 and other learning management systems
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Apply tested instructional design theories and models to evaluate the success of learning activities
- Maintain project documentation and version controls using our LMS, Workday Learning
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
