We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at NNIIT, a leading Ed-tech company committed to revolutionizing education through innovative digital solutions. As an E-Learning Sales Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success in the rapidly evolving e-learning landscape.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the e-learning industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the e-learning sector, including potential clients, partners, and markets.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, corporations, government agencies, and other potential clients.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the e-learning industry.
- Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is between 8 LPA to 12 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive package that includes bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
