Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings for e-learning roles, including instructional designers, course developers, e-learning developers, content creators, and other related positions.
  • Research and utilize various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) to identify potential candidates for e-learning roles.
  • Help manage recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified applicants.
  • Screen resumes and applications, evaluating candidates based on qualifications and experience relevant to e-learning positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials and questionnaires related to the e-learning field.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and updates to candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps.
  • Track and report on candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents for selected candidates.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices, particularly in the e-learning or educational technology space.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.

Salary
