Job ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Vendor management, payments, and related reports.
- Providing end-to-end administrative support to stores and offices, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
- Maintenance, AMC, pest control, services, and repairs.
- Overseeing and coordinating events.
- Travel management.
- Inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Managing HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing.
- Recommend cost-saving options.
- Procuring/administrative licenses and MIS.
- Audit workplace hygiene and safety standards.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Will to travel within and outside Bangalore.
