
Product Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the conformity of our products with applicable standards and regulations. This involves managing the certification process, collaborating with internal teams and external certification bodies, and ensuring market access and compliance.
The primary focus of this position will be on certificates and declaration of Conformity for Breakers (MCCB). You will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve offer compliance and differentiate our product offerings.
This is a multi-discipline role that requires knowledge of technology, marketing, and legal approaches. If you are passionate about ensuring market access and demonstrating compliance, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Plan, monitor, and execute conformity assessment activities according to applicable standards and statutory requirements.
- Consult with Offer Owners and other stakeholders for national, international, or segment market access.
- Collaborate with the League and Squad to ensure offer compliance.
- Coordinate with Certification Bodies.
- Support business needs, such as specific compliance requests.
- Evolution Alert Management, ensuring timely responses to changed statutory requirements.
We seek an experienced professional with a background in hardware, mechanical engineering, or alternate education. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Engineer-level expertise in relevant fields.
- Soft skills, including agility, curiosity, organization, rigor, resilience, and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of statutory instruments and standards.
- Conformity assessment expertise for national and international markets.
- Understanding of our product offerings and technologies.
Mastery of English language is mandatory. A training plan will be defined for candidates who require improvement in these areas.
ReportingThis position reports to the Head of Conformity Assessment PP.
