As a Technical Specialist, you will work with diverse teams and industries to create a safer, more connected world. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing, testing, and assisting in research for the development of products and processes.

The Technical Engineering Support Teams are responsible for completing assigned engineering projects while maintaining high standards of quality control and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers on product compliance and conflict mineral activities
  • Set overall product compliance direction by communicating corporate objectives for development and implementation within the team
  • Ensure products comply with all relevant environmental regulations
  • Drive adherence to policies and legislative requirements
  • Supervise supplier material declarations and compliance coding activities
  • Interface with internal requestors, external suppliers, and customers to resolve topics related to material declarations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering
  • 4-7 years of experience in product compliance and conflict Mineral roles
  • Proven ability to work as a team member and across regions and time zones
  • Curiosity to understand and address complex problems
  • Strong relationship-building skills with multiple organization functions
