Compliance Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Compliance Expert. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate compliance processes and regulations, with expertise in trade compliance laws, import/export regulations, data privacy laws, and business unit compliance risk assessments.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Commerce and Law (BCom + LLB) with 3-5 years of experience in corporate compliance or similar corporate controls and programs
  • Trade-related compliance expertise, including export and import compliance knowledge
  • Experience working with multinational corporations, preferably across various industrial sectors
  • Critical thinking skills, audit performance, and adaptability to different business requirements
  • Data analytics and visualization tool proficiency

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Develop and maintain effective compliance programs and processes
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless compliance operations
  • Travel locally or internationally as required to support compliance initiatives
