Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational accounts, leading a team of 6 people, and ensuring timely financial statements are issued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational accounts, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and raw material accounting.
  • Lead the team in purchase and payment management, ensuring compliance with payment procedures.
  • Organize regular inventory and asset counts as required by the group.
  • Manage accounting repairs and maintenance, stores consumables, and analyse financial data.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports, coordinate regulatory reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial operations, including team management and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
