We've created various innovative tools over the past five years and deployed them at significant events such as the Indian Premier League, ICC Men's T20 World Cup, ICC Women's World Cup, and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup.

Role Overview

The Logistics & Operations Manager plays a crucial role within Quidich Innovation Labs, ensuring seamless office operations. The ideal candidate will manage office materials, ensure efficient operations, and align with the company's goals. This role involves overseeing asset management, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining high employee satisfaction through effective issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics of inbound and outbound office assets, including computers and related materials.
  • E nsure accurate tracking and documentation of all office assets.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle travel-related issues and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
  • Maintain high employee satisfaction by promptly addressing logistical or operational issues.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on employee feedback to enhance office operations.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation related to logistics, travel, and office management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient data analysis and workflow management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of office materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize resources.
  • Lead and manage the logistics team, providing clear direction and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Relevant degree or certification in office operations, logistics, cost management, cash flow forecasting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, office management roles, or operations roles, demonstrating effective task and workflow management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and stakeholders; strong negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively, with strong conflict resolution abilities to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and address logistical and operational challenges efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with organizational management software such as Zoho Projects, SAP, or Zimyo.
  • In-depth understanding of logistics, process optimization, vendor management, and negotiation tactics.
  • Focus on maintaining high employee satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and improving processes based on feedback.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Commitment to continuously improving processes and operations, with strong financial acumen for managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve operations and drive innovation within the role.
