Job Summary:

A seasoned Operations Manager is required to lead factory logistics operations, ensuring smooth supply chain management and efficient material handling processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables in the shop floor as per production plans.
  • Issue materials from warehouses to production using various equipment such as RGVs, AGVs, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, and Conveyors.
  • Allocate manpower for tasks including kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issuance, internal scrap movement, and stock reconciliation.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through regular stock reconciliations, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, and SCM teams, to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and entries in SAP and adhere to standard operating procedures.
