Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bancassurance industry and proven experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with channel partners. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets while ensuring seamless customer service and support. Your expertise will include creating innovative marketing strategies to increase customer penetration and promoting insurance and banking products to maximize business potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets through effective management of a dedicated team.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple branch heads of partner banks.

- Identify and map key decision-makers, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of business developments.

- Create engaging branch activities to enhance customer reach and increase sales revenue.

- Execute smooth sales processes to maximize business potential, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

- Foster partnerships to drive business growth within allocated areas and relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree and have at least 5 years of experience in LI bancassurance and 1.5 years of team handling experience. A strong background in finance and excellent communication skills are also essential. As a team player, you should be able to work effectively across different departments to drive business outcomes.
