We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business growth manager to lead and grow our digital marketing and no-code solutions business targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, a passion for digital solutions, and the ability to engage with clients to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth through digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing) and no-code websites and mobile apps tailored for small and medium businesses.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, online platforms).
  • Present and pitch solutions to prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering the right services.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech solutions for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM) and familiarity with no-code/low-code website and app development platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
  • A passion for helping small businesses grow through technology and digital transformation.
  • Ability to manage a team size of 3 to 4 and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
