We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training agents, and generating business through them in assigned territories. This role involves licensing and tracking activation of agents regularly, meeting with lead providers, intermediaries, and maintaining records. Additionally, the successful candidate will motivate advisors, generate fresh business, and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
- Licenses and tracks agent activations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintains relationships with lead providers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
- Develops and implements strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Built strong teams through effective leadership and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Graduate degree or higher.
- Below 40 years of age.
