
Business Development Manager

As a Sales Professional, your primary objective is to achieve business deliverables for mapped channel partners through professional and engaging relationships.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with channel teams and customers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Collaborate with channel partners to set and achieve business targets, including top-line revenue, persistency, and product mix.
Accompany channel partner teams on pre- and post-sales activities, such as claim settlement, to provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and mobility enhancements to comply with the Sales Management Process.
Uphold organizational values, ensuring business ethics and integrity in every action and decision.
Meet critical quality criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree from any recognized university.
- Age: Between 21 to 38 years.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in insurance sales.
This role requires a Branch Sales Executive who can effectively promote and sell products to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
