Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through in-branch lead generators, bank customer database, walk-in customers, and make appointments to explore the customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas.
  2. Sales Execution: Select appropriate products to meet these needs from our product range and gain customer agreement to purchase.
  3. Customer Service: Accurately complete sales documentation and build a good customer base to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  4. Business Development: Obtain referrals to further prospects where appropriate and ensure timely submission of various reports.
