Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a diligent and energetic professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in procurement processes, develop IT skills, and work with various platforms such as SAP and ERPNext.

• Support daily procurement operations under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
• Draft and send RFQ emails to suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in collecting and comparing vendor quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
• Support IT equipment/software and indirect procurement processes.
