Job Summary:

The Export Sales Coordinator at Lycos Ceramic will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's sales operations in international markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, and negotiating sales agreements to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners in target markets to establish a strong presence and drive sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target markets, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers and partners, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profit margins, and market share, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services, establishing new business relationships and expanding the company's presence in the market.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends, ensuring that the company is well-informed and able to make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and other legal requirements, upholding the company's reputation and integrity.

For a successful candidate, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in international markets and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion. The candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships with customers and partners, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
