Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Initiative Lead to oversee and execute strategic business initiatives.

This role involves developing project plans, defining project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. The successful candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on leadership and communication skills.

  • Develop and implement project strategies to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

This position requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
