Lead AI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to drive the delivery of high-stakes AI and technology initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
    • Translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps and execution plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and product development to ensure timely and quality delivery.
    • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
    • Monitor project KPIs and maintain on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery standards.
    • Anticipate and proactively resolve project-related issues through effective stakeholder management.
    • Prepare and present regular project status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a reputable institution is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS platforms, APIs, or cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
