Lead AI Initiatives

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee cross-functional teams in delivering high-priority AI/ML projects.

  • Drive the development and implementation of AI-based products and platforms.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to align project timelines, expectations, and scope.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Monitor project metrics and ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality results.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues proactively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Present status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership.
  • Foster an environment of excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM from top-tier B-Schools such as XLRI, IIMs, or ISB.
  • 2–6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
