Leadership Role for Gen AI Project Oversight

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing Gen AI projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will lead and manage projects, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and drive innovation by exploring cutting-edge Gen AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage Gen AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify areas for deployment of AI solutions, resulting in improved productivity and overall organizational benefits.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and deployment of Gen AI models and solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge Gen AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all Gen AI projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in AL/ML with experience of independently leading projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, Java), experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
