Job Overview

  • Program Delivery & Governance
    • As a seasoned delivery manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI projects for public sector clients, ensuring timely and within-scope outcomes.
    • You will define, monitor, and manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements to guarantee seamless execution.
    • Establish governance frameworks, progress reporting, and escalation mechanisms to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary client interface for public sector stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and functional business users.
    • Navigate internal processes, align diverse stakeholder interests, and drive consensus in complex environments with multiple decision layers.
    • Handle sensitive political, cultural, and interpersonal dynamics with tact and diplomacy.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Provide delivery oversight across AI model development, cloud-native deployments, and software engineering, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
    • Review architecture and solution design to guarantee alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Partner with engineering, data science, and cloud teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Anticipate project risks (technical, political, or operational) and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
    • Address delivery bottlenecks, manage conflicts between client and internal teams, and maintain project momentum.
  • Team Leadership & Growth
    • Lead cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business analysts, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Coach team members on delivery discipline, public sector client management, and compliance-driven execution, driving individual growth and development.
  • Required Skills & Experience
    • Demonstrated success managing large-scale AI/analytics/cloud projects for public sector organizations and government agencies.
    • Able to navigate procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and public sector governance models, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Understanding of AI technologies, including model development, deployment, and operationalization, as well as cloud platforms and enterprise software engineering principles.
    • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and residency regulations relevant to public sector/government projects.
