Delivery Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Excellence Specialist to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/Gen AI projects for public sector clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing delivery KPIs, establishing governance frameworks, and navigating internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business analysts in delivering high-quality AI/Gen AI solutions.
  • Define, monitor, and manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements to ensure project success.
  • Establish governance frameworks, progress reporting, and escalation mechanisms to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with C-level executives, IT leadership, and functional business users to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Provide delivery oversight across AI/Gen AI model development, cloud-native deployments, and software engineering to ensure project quality and reliability.
  • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success managing large-scale AI/analytics/cloud projects for public sector clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and public sector governance models.
  • Understanding of AI/Gen AI technologies, including model development, deployment, and operationalization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and enterprise software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior delivery experience in oil & gas, power, heavy industries, or large public sector verticals.
  • Certifications in Project/Program Management (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile).
  • Cloud certifications (GCP/AWS/Azure) preferred.
