Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end delivery of AI/Gen AI projects for public sector clients. The successful candidate will ensure timely, within-scope, and budget execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of large-scale AI/analytics/cloud projects for PSUs and government agencies in India

• Defining, monitoring, and managing delivery KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements

• Establishing governance frameworks, progress reporting, and escalation mechanisms

• Stakeholder Management including acting as the primary client interface for PSU stakeholders, managing C-level relationships, IT leadership, and functional business users

Technical Oversight including providing delivery oversight across AI/Gen AI model development, cloud-native deployments, and software engineering

Risk & Issue Management including anticipating project risks (technical, political, or operational) and proactively implementing mitigation strategies

Team Leadership & Growth including leading cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business analysts
