Job Title: AI Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of AI-led digital transformation projects in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of AI, cloud engineering, and software engineering practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and business analysts. They will also oversee the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and within-scope outcomes.
  • Define, monitor, and manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish governance frameworks, progress reporting, and escalation procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale AI/analytics/cloud projects for PSUs and government agencies in India.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and public sector governance models.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, including model development, deployment, and operationalization.
